The plan
A cloud account
in your name.
We’d install and run Made with Pepper in a cloud account in your business’s name, in the region you choose. You’d pay the cloud provider directly and keep the account. We’d work through access you can remove yourself, at any time, so leaving us wouldn’t need our help.
- Your region
- Choose the country, and a provider based under that country’s law if that matters to you. We’d tell you where every copy lives, backups and support access included.
- Your keys
- The cloud account, administrator access, the application key, downloadable backups and the domain stay in your name.
- Your exit
- A full export at any time, the source for your installation and a written handover, so another technical partner can continue. No exit fee.
- Our part
- Installation, updates, monitoring, backups and restore tests, during agreed hours.
Running a server means having technical access to it. The agreement would say when we use that access, and we’d log every use.
If one bill from us would suit you better, say so when you register. In that model we’d hold the cloud account, so moving away would need our help with the transfer.
