Tailored platforms
Built around
your business.
We design, build and run a business platform on Made with Pepper, shaped to how your company works. You keep the data, the keys and the right to move.
From €4,000 or US$4,000 a month, excluding VAT.
Who it’s for
Processes that
don’t fit a template.
Companies whose processes don’t fit standard tools, who pay for a stack of subscriptions, or who need their data under a particular jurisdiction. We start with the process that hurts most. For a service business that’s often the path from enquiry to agreed work, delivery and invoice.
What it isn’t
Pepper doesn’t run payroll, manufacturing or bookkeeping. If that’s the heart of the job, we’ll tell you in the first conversation.
What you get
One programme,
one named contact.
We start with one process: scope it, build it, test it with your team and hand over the operating instructions. Each month we review the next piece of work together, against a backlog you can see.
- Discovery
- We map the process, the records, who may see what, the systems you keep and how we’ll know it works, with your team.
- Your processes as records
- Forms, custom fields and views on Pepper’s released features, plus the custom work the agreement names.
- Connections and migration
- Connections to the systems you keep. Migration from the tools you replace, with a trial transfer and a reconciliation before the live move.
- Hosting and upkeep
- Hosting in your cloud account, in your region. Updates, custom-code maintenance and support during agreed hours.
What you keep
Your data, your keys,
your right to move.
- Your data and keys, always.
- Access to the custom source from the first day.
- The right to run, change and maintain the custom work you paid for, including through another partner.
- A written handover.
- Your Pepper license, which stays separate from the service.
Price
From €4,000 or US$4,000 a month.
Excluding VAT.
- What the fee covers
- A named contact and a visible backlog. Discovery, build and test work within an agreed monthly capacity. Hosting administration, Pepper updates, maintenance of the custom code and support during agreed hours. We price work beyond the agreed capacity before it starts.
- The initial term
- We size the first implementation after the first conversation and state its term in the proposal before you pay anything. A continuing agreement is optional after it. Cancelling ends the services and leaves your license and the rights to paid-for custom work in place.
- On top of the fee
- Cloud hosting and other provider charges, through accounts in your name where practical. The Pepper update subscription, as its own line.
Example scope
From a website enquiry
to the invoice.
A service team’s path, step by step. Each step uses a released feature or names the custom work. Nothing here depends on a planned module.
| Step | Basis | What it uses |
|---|---|---|
| An enquiry on your website | Released | A public Pepper form or website widget creates a response record with the brief and any files. |
| Qualifying the enquiry | Custom work | Custom fields and saved views shaped to the questions your team asks. Your staff create the customer. |
| The agreed job | Released | A quote, then an engagement with fixed-price milestones that staff approve. |
| Delivery evidence | Both | Files and discussion stay on the record (released). A delivery checklist form for your crew is custom work. |
| Invoice and payment | Released | An invoice from approved milestones, a recorded payment and the accountant hand-off. |
| The reports you ask for | Custom work | Views and exports built on the released records, for your questions. |
Who we are
The people behind
Made with Pepper.
Made with Pepper is based in the Netherlands.
We develop and maintain Made with Pepper and sell it with the full source. You can judge the product before you talk to us: open the demo, read the manual and the purchase terms, and look at the roadmap.
We don’t publish client stories yet. When a client agrees to one, it will carry measured facts.
Next step
Discuss your platform.
The button opens an email to [email protected]. Tell us your company, its size, the tools you use now, what isn’t working and your timeline. We reply with questions. The proposal comes after discovery.
