Connect an event to the next action

Create a follow-up task or open work after a won deal. Build the rule in Flow or List, save it inactive and activate it after review.

Each run uses its creator's current access. Issuing, sending and signed webhooks wait for a person to approve the exact action.

Inspect the source and step results in run history. Stop unfinished work and review uncertain deliveries before another attempt.

Proofs and job progress

Keep the answer

Invite a named customer contact to choose images or PDFs and approve one exact proof version. Revised files need a new decision; the earlier approval keeps its original evidence.

Files and Docs

Keep files and Docs with their work

Find files alongside their related records, or browse them in folders. Drag files from your computer to upload them. Share a file through an expiring link when your permissions allow it.

Edit text, CSV, Markdown and code files up to 1 MB. Each save adds a version and keeps earlier versions. If someone else saves first, review their changes before saving yours.

Write proposals and procedures in Docs. Reuse templates, insert exact record values and keep saved versions. One editing session writes at a time. Approve an exact edition and PDF before sharing an expiring recipient link.

Forms and custom fields

Collect information with your own forms

Public forms save submissions in Pepper for staff to review. Internal forms can also create customer records when the person submitting has permission.

Customer widget workspaces

Offer the service
to another business.

Customer widget workspaces keep each customer business’s widgets, records and staff together. The provider assigns plans and invoices its customers from Pepper.

Your licence permits selling widget access to multiple businesses on one production installation you operate. It does not permit redistributing the software or source, or promise separate client accounts for the whole business suite.

Give each business access to its assigned services. Bookings, offers and staff keep that workspace’s access limits.

Connect an MCP client to your installation. It uses the same records and current permissions as the person it acts for. Pepper calculates every amount. You approve each sensitive step in Pepper before it runs.

Check the installation.

The audit log shows recorded actions and sampled reads. Verify its stored chain, export signed evidence or inspect a data-subject report. Issued originals and financial figures survive personal-field erasure.

Installation health points to the next useful action for a failed check. Its checks include audit chain integrity. These checks are evidence, not a compliance certification.

Work with customers internationally. Use currencies such as GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, INR and ZAR alongside EUR and USD. Each document keeps its currency, and balances and reports keep different currencies separate.

Choose from 26 language and region options for date, time, number and week defaults. Keep your own notation overrides. Save a personal language and region on your profile. The currency of your Pepper purchase does not restrict the currencies in your business records.

Address fields and printed order follow the address’s country. Keep optional foreign address details, including an unusual region or postal code. Read the country address guide.

Set tax classes and rules for your goods and services. Choose a manual rate, no tax or your configured rules for each sales line. Prices can include or exclude tax. Pepper does not determine tax jurisdiction from an address or postal code. See how to set up tax rates and rules.
