NowSquare operates this product website, documentation, support, demo and purchase-related workflows. This policy covers Made with Pepper and its connected purchase and demo pages. For privacy questions or data-rights requests, email [email protected] or use the support page.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to sell licenses, provide support and improve the product:
- Purchase and license data: Gumroad order data, buyer email, license key, license tier, purchase date, and refund or dispute status.
- Support and contact data: messages, email address, license key, screenshots, logs and details you choose to send.
- Website and analytics data: analytics events, cookie identifiers, page views, browser and device data, referrer and approximate location.
How we use it
We use personal data to provide purchased downloads and updates, prevent abuse, handle refunds and disputes, investigate bugs, answer questions and provide support. We also use it for necessary product or security notices, website measurement, service improvement and security.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data based on contract performance for purchase delivery, updates and support; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, analytics and service improvement; consent where required for optional marketing cookies; and legal obligations for tax, accounting, disputes and compliance records.

Your self-hosted installation
You control the customer, invoice, financial and business records in your installation. NowSquare does not control those records unless you choose to send them for support. Services you connect can receive the data their features need.
You are responsible for your installation’s privacy policy, cookie notices, consent flows, processor agreements and legal compliance. This website policy does not replace those duties.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, restricted access and secure storage practices. No system can guarantee complete security. Do not include passwords, API keys, production credentials or customer records in ordinary support messages. Follow the support guidance for reporting a problem.
