Does my installation stop if I don’t renew?

No. Your license never expires. Renewal gives you another year of update access. You can keep using your installed copy without renewing.

What does support include?

Six months of help with bugs and malfunctioning built-in features, including issues with the supplied installation and update process. Hosting administration and custom development are separate. Support is in English by email.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The live demo lets you explore Pepper with example records.

What if it isn’t right for me?

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days without giving a reason. The terms also describe the separate fix-or-refund policy for defective software.
