When a customer requires a particular invoicing network or supplier process, begin with that requirement. A local invoice file and an accepted network delivery are different results.
Questions for your shortlist
- Which platform, format and recipient identifier does the trading partner require?
- Who handles onboarding and reports delivery or rejection?
- Does the process include purchasing, supplier approval or payable workflows?
- Which original documents and delivery evidence must you retain?
What Pepper covers
Pepper prepares and stores one business’s sales documents on its own hosting. It can email invoices, record delivery by another method and download supported UBL files. It also records manual purchases and exports periods for an accountant.
Pepper is not a business network or a Peppol access point. It does not transmit through Tradeshift, run procurement workflows or submit documents to government portals.
Confirm the required process with your customer and the provider before buying software. Pepper has no Tradeshift connector or migration tool. A downloaded file alone cannot replace a required network workflow.
