From agreement to payment
Create a quote or record agreed scope with fixed-price milestones. Approve completed work for billing, then prepare an invoice draft from those milestones. Review and issue it before sending the PDF.
Record full or partial payments when they arrive. Reminders follow the remaining balance. Use recurring schedules for agreed repeat work, with draft review or automatic issue and sending.
Keep supplier invoices and receipts
Record a supplier invoice or receipt with its amounts, tax and category. Attach the file. Tax periods bring sales and purchase figures together for a month, quarter or year, with a ZIP and PDF for your accountant.
You enter purchase values yourself. Pepper does not read receipts, file tax returns or keep a bookkeeping ledger.
Know the responsibility
Your $199 purchase includes a perpetual licence for one production installation, full source code, and one year of updates and support. Updates and support renew automatically at $199/year unless you cancel. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; after the paid period ends, you can keep using your downloaded copy. Hosting and email are separate costs.
Use a timer or weekly timesheet to record billable work, then prepare an invoice from that time. Stripe invoice payments collect against staff-issued invoices, with partial payments and confirmed credit-note refunds. Record bank transfers and cash payments by hand.
