DesksListings

From a listing to a conversation.

The Listings desk publishes what you have on offer and follows every request about it: a property, a vehicle, a rental or a vacancy. Visitors browse a collection, compare up to four listings and ask a question, request a viewing or apply. Home shows open listings, enquiries, viewings and subscribers.

Staff make every appointment and application decision. The listing keeps its price history and the version each request refers to.

Listing collections

Publish a collection visitors can compare.

A collection shows your published listings with their prices, availability and comparison controls. A shared collection address keeps the filters and the selection, so a visitor can send a shortlist to someone else.

What the visitor sees

Read, compare and apply on a phone.

Each template shows its own facts: floor area, rooms and year built for a property; make, mileage and fuel for a vehicle; period, deposit and dates for a rental; employer, workplace and deadline for a vacancy. You choose how much of the address is public: area only, street and area, or the full address.

Listing requests

Turn an enquiry into a confirmed viewing.

A question, a viewing request or a test-drive request arrives as a listing request with the listing snapshot and price the visitor saw. Confirm the time, add a note for the visit and record the outcome afterwards.

Vacancies

Review private applications.

Vacancy applications require consent and can carry a CV or a supporting file through a private route. The record holds the accepted application and the next permitted action. Pepper does not score, rank or reject applicants.

Alerts and subscribers

Tell interested visitors about new matches.

A visitor can opt into alerts for new listings that match, with a verified email and a withdrawal link. Home counts the subscribers beside the open listings and viewings, and Analytics names a listing that has no enquiry while others do.

Booking widgets

Let visitors book an available time.

Offer viewing slots through a booking widget beside the listing. The booking keeps its policy and availability rules, and the Listings desk shows the viewings on Home.

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • Staff make each appointment and application decision. Pepper does not score, rank or reject applicants.
  • Dates on a rental describe the offer; they do not reserve availability.
  • Hidden address details stay out of the public page and its map link. Pepper loads no map tiles and makes no location lookup.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
