DesksSales

Follow every enquiry to a won deal.

The Sales desk follows an enquiry from the moment it arrives until the deal is won or lost. Leads sit in one inbox, deals move through the stages you set, and the quote the customer accepts is the deal’s value.

Home reads the pipeline and lists the leads and deals whose next step is due, so the day starts with the follow-ups.

Leads

Collect every enquiry in one inbox.

Add a lead by hand, from a CSV file or from a form or website widget with the Lead target. Each lead records how it came in and carries one next step. Home lists the ones that need you under Follow up.

Work leads

Qualify

Qualify a lead into a customer and a deal in one step.

The qualify sheet matches the lead to an existing customer or creates one, then opens the deal. The duplicate check names customers with the same email or a similar name, so nothing is typed twice.

Deals

Move deals through your stages.

Set up the stages, each with a probability and an idle limit. Won and Lost are outcomes with a reason, not stages, so a lost deal keeps why it was lost.

Quotes

Let the quote set the deal’s value.

A linked quote is the deal’s value, before tax and in its own currency. Until then the owner’s estimate shows as an estimate. Accepting the quote marks the deal won once, and a won deal offers to open a project with the quote as its agreed scope.

Home

Start the day with the follow-ups.

Every open lead and deal carries one next step. Home lists the ones that are due under Follow up, beside the pipeline figures and the new leads.

Sales overview

Read a pipeline you can count on.

The overview gives the open and weighted pipeline per currency, what was won in the period, the win rate and the days to Won, with the funnel by stage and splits by source and assignee. The CSV export and the agent tool carry the same figures.

Orders

Take an order from the same catalogue.

Create a staff order for goods, downloads or services. Review the exact prices, destination tax and shipping before placement. Placing the order reserves stock and issues one linked invoice.

On a phone

Work the pipeline from your phone.

The pipeline shows one lane at a time on a phone, with the stage lanes on a horizontal track. Every desk keeps its own Home and menu on the small screen.

The limits stay visible

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • A deal’s value comes from its linked quote or the owner’s estimate. Each currency has its own pipeline figures; Pepper does not convert them.
  • Accepting a quote marks the deal won once. Staff still convert the quote and issue the invoice.
  • A lead’s marketing source is kept only when it is known.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
