DesksBookings

Fill the calendar from your website.

The Bookings desk takes appointments, nightly stays, shared places and event tickets from your website, then keeps every booking with the customer who made it. Home shows today’s schedule with the next booking highlighted, recent booking activity and the items that need attention.

A confirmed booking reserves the time or place. Money follows as a separate step: a staff-issued invoice for a deposit, or a paid checkout in your shop.

Booking widgets

Let visitors choose a time and accept the price.

Appointments reserve one staff member for a service. Resource bookings reserve a room or an item per night, with optional seasonal prices. Capacity reservations take a party’s places in a shared pool, and event bookings take places in a dated session. The visitor sees the price in its currency and accepts the policy before confirming.

What the visitor sees

Three screens from a free slot to a confirmed booking.

The visitor reads the service and picks from its available times, reviews the total, time, details and cancellation policy, then keeps the confirmation. The receipt makes no claim that money has been collected.

Follow the booking journeys

Bookings

Follow the booking to its invoice draft.

Each booking record keeps the accepted amount, the attendance history and the customer. A completed booking offers Prepare invoice draft, so a deposit or a session price becomes an invoice you review before issuing.

Changes and cancellations

Keep every change in the record.

Visitors open their saved booking with an email code to reschedule or cancel within the policy. Waitlists offer a freed place, reminders go out on schedule, and the booking record keeps the cancellation beside the original.

Shop checkout

Sell workshop places and event tickets with your goods.

Link a catalogue service to an appointment, capacity or event definition and select it in your shop. A visitor can buy a workshop place and a printed workbook in one order, with one invoice and one payment. Placement reserves the time; confirmed payment completes the paid booking.

Calendar

See bookings beside the rest of the week.

Pepper’s Calendar shows bookings with task dates, deadlines and follow-ups in Month, Week, Day or Agenda. A revocable private feed brings them into an outside calendar app.

Plan events and follow work dates

Analytics

Fill the open places.

Analytics names the placement that brings the most bookings and compares views and bookings with the previous period. When a schedule is less than half full, it offers one next action: fill the open places in that schedule.

The limits stay visible

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • A booking confirmation reserves capacity. It is not proof of payment.
  • Deposits and ticket prices use a staff-issued linked invoice or the shop checkout. Events in customer workspaces stay free.
  • Pepper shows the currency beside each price and does not convert it.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
