Know what brought each customer in.

The Marketing desk holds the things that bring people in: the lead form on your website, the QR code in the window, the link page in your bio and the reviews customers agree to share. Analytics tells you what each one led to.

Home reads new leads and this month’s testimonials and feedback. Its Reach instrument compares 30 days of page views, shop orders and code opens with the 30 days before.

QR codes

Print a code once. Change where it leads later.

A code can lead to a widget, a page on your website, a web page, a file, a place, a colleague’s card or an app, and you can change that destination after printing. Every code lives on your installation: no outside link shortener, and nothing kept about the person who scans.

Make and print QR codes

QR studio

Style codes in your brand, or make 500 at once.

One installation style sets the colours, module and corner shapes, an optional logo and a frame with a short call to action. Pepper refuses a style that could fail to scan. A set makes up to 500 codes from a numbered pattern or a CSV file, with A4 label sheets and a ZIP of SVG and PNG files.

Leads and forms

Collect leads from your website.

Build a form with the Lead target and put it on your website, in a widget or at its own address. Each response arrives in the leads inbox with its source and assignee, ready to qualify on the Sales desk.

Reviews, links and surveys

Publish the small pages customers look for.

Request a testimonial and publish only the words the customer consents to share. Put your links, locations and opening hours on one page. Ask a question with a survey or a poll and report each question. Every page has its own address and prints as a QR code.

Contact cards

Give the team one card standard.

Set which fields a card shows, the layout, the accent colour, the logo and a shared button. Each person still publishes their own card and copies an email signature. Cards at work compares opens, saved contacts and taps per person, with a team total and a CSV export.

Websites

Fix the search details of each page.

Every website page derives its search title, description and share image, and you can change them. Analytics names the page with the most search arrivals that still has a detail to fix, and opens the editor at that field.

Analytics

Compare the codes, sets and links that bring people in.

The placements report puts the set with the most paid orders first, names the codes in each set that nobody scanned yet and gives results per 100 opens. Open a figure to see the records behind it, within your access.

Campaign links

Name each campaign and follow it to the money.

An optional UTM builder names the campaign, source and medium of a link. Trace explicitly linked leads, accepted quotes, invoiced revenue and recorded payments by source, with first and last touch kept separate and money shown per currency.

The limits stay visible

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • Audience measurement starts off. When it is on, counts are requests, not people, and Pepper does not identify anonymous visitors across page loads.
  • Wi-Fi and contact codes hold their content and cannot change after printing. Scans of outside destinations count once at the redirect and show source unknown in records.
  • Pepper sends nothing to third parties for measurement and uses no outside link shortener.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
