Keep your website, shop and specialist tools. Add a useful next step where customers already find you. Use a website form, newsletter link, WhatsApp campaign or QR code at your venue. A widget connects that step to a record your team can act on in Pepper.
Start with one thing your customers need to do.
Ask about a project
An enquiry form is available now. A visitor describes the work; Pepper keeps the response for your team to review. You can qualify the lead, prepare a quote and take the agreed work into a project.
The form collects the request. Your team decides the next step; submitting a form does not automatically issue a quote or invoice.

Picture the next services
The product tour shows real screens with fictional example records.
| Visitor action | What happens for the business |
|---|---|
| Save a contact or send a message from a business card | The message becomes an enquiry assigned to the person on the card. A team page brings published cards together. |
| Choose services from a price list and request a quote | The choices stay with the request. Your team checks the scope and prepares the quote. This is not checkout or a confirmed order. |
| Save an offer or start a stamp card | Staff checks the customer’s code, then confirms a redemption or awards a stamp. The customer can return to their saved offers and cards. |

Put the service where it helps
On a page: an embedded form is visible inside your existing website. Embedded forms are available now.
At a link: a public form has its own address to share by email or message. Public form links are available now.
Behind a button, or at a printed QR code: button panels and named placements with QR assets keep the same service connected to its source and activity.
The developing multi-channel toolbelt includes one publishing kit across the developing widget types. Choose approved campaign labels and an optional named placement, then generate the link, website code or QR asset. Open that widget’s Analytics menu to compare its primary result and follow the next permitted record. Follow the campaign setup.
You keep your existing website and its design. Pepper does not need to build or host it. Compare the three presentations.
Run it for your business, or provide it to a client
Use widgets for your own business, or give client businesses customer workspaces. Each client manages its widgets and team within the plan and access the provider assigns.
The licence permits selling widget access to multiple businesses on one production installation you operate. This does not permit software or source resale, or establish separate client accounts across the whole business suite. Self-service signup, automatic subscription billing and custom domains remain planned.
Explore the agency path and check the licence scope. The roadmap separates available features from development and longer-term plans.
