DesksVenue

Ready for the next visitor.

The Venue desk is for a place with a counter: a café, a shop, a salon, a studio. Customers save an offer or start a stamp card on their phone, and your staff check the code and confirm the visit. Home shows stamps, rewards, saved offers, feedback and today’s bookings.

Scan comes first in the menu, because that is where the counter lives.

Offers and stamp cards

A saved offer, a stamp card and the counter check.

A visitor saves an offer or starts a stamp card with an email code and shows its live code at the counter. A staff member checks the purchase the terms ask for, then confirms the redemption or the stamp. Checking a code never redeems it; the staff member decides, and Pepper records who did.

Offer editor

Write the terms and the check staff must make.

Enter what the customer gets and what to check at the counter, then dates, limits and a photo. A stamp card sets the stamps for a reward, the minutes between stamps, the reward terms and the days to use it. Later edits never rewrite a promise a visitor already accepted.

Analytics

See who comes back.

Stamp-card progress by joining month shows how many cards each month started and how far they got. Voucher claims and confirmed redemptions open the records behind them, within your access.

Bookings

Take bookings for tables, rooms and sessions.

Appointments, nightly resources, shared capacity and events use the same booking widgets as the Bookings desk. Home’s Today instrument shows the booking times in your business timezone, with the next booking highlighted.

Reviews and feedback

Ask for a review after the visit.

Send a personal request after a completed booking or visit. Private feedback stays private; a testimonial is published only with the words and the consent the customer gives, and the customer can withdraw that consent later.

QR codes

Put a code on every table.

Make a set of codes from a pattern such as Table {n}, print them on A4 label sheets or A6 table cards, and compare the sets in Analytics. Point a code at another published widget later without reprinting it.

Customer workspaces

Run it for your venue, or for the venues you serve.

If you run Pepper for client businesses, assign each one a plan and a separate customer workspace with the Venue desk. Its owner manages the widgets and invites counter staff; invoicing stays with you. One licence permits selling widget access to several businesses on one production installation.

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • Showing or scanning a code never redeems an offer by itself. A staff member confirms each redemption or stamp, and Pepper records who did.
  • Offers and stamp cards collect no payment. Each cashier needs an individual account.
  • Email verification gives a visitor access to their own offers in that business. It never gives access to the counter or to billing.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
