DesksShowcase

Your work, ready to share.

The Showcase desk is for a business whose work speaks for it: a studio, a maker, a consultant, a workshop. Publish stories and updates, show finished work, send guides and proofs, and let people subscribe to what interests them. Home shows what is published, how people responded and the Reach instrument.

Every published page has its own address, fits inside your website or opens from a button, and prints as a QR code.

Stories, updates and guides

Stories, updates and guides, each at its own address.

A case shows one finished job with a photo gallery and a before-and-after comparison. Updates have a topic and a publication period, and visitors can verify their email to subscribe to the topics they choose. A guide publishes steps with your images and keeps the version each customer acknowledged.

Proofs, progress and downloads

Proofs, progress and files for the people you work with.

A named customer contact reviews an exact proof version and approves it; a revised file needs a new decision. A job page shows the current stage and asks one question at a time. A download widget delivers a chosen file version and can collect an email first.

Send proofs for approval

Contact cards

Publish your card and your team page.

A visitor saves your contact, calls, emails or sends a message from your card. The message becomes a request for the person named on it. A team page opens each colleague’s published card, and the card standard keeps one layout for everyone.

Publish your card

Reviews

Publish only the words customers consent to share.

Request a testimonial with a personal link. The customer writes the words, chooses a display name and accepts the consent statement; staff cannot edit those values. Approve publication, and remove it from new page loads the moment consent is withdrawn.

Reach

Read what your content led to.

Content results count views, requests and consent per case and per tag, and open the records behind each figure. Home’s Reach instrument compares 30 days of page views, shop orders and code opens with the 30 days before, and adds testimonials and waiting proofs when you may read them.

The limits stay visible

What this desk does not do.

Every desk works on the same customers, documents and files. Switch desks in the top bar and the records stay where they are.

  • Client names, logos and quotes in a case stay hidden until the client consents. A client can withdraw that consent later, and Pepper removes the details from new page loads.
  • Stories and updates render headings, lists, emphasis and HTTPS links. Raw HTML and outside media do not render.
  • Reach counts page views and code opens as requests, not people, and stays hidden while audience measurement is off.

Who gets this desk

Owners and admins have every desk. They give each role or person the desks they need and can rename this desk or arrange its pages. Below Admin, a desk also limits what a person can open, even through a saved link or an AI client.
